Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day, money back guarantee on most orders with the following exceptions.

To return an item for any reason, just repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible. Please include your order number and/or the name that the item was ordered under or a copy of your confirmation email. Sorry, shipping & handling fees are not refundable on returns and you must pay for return shipping. Refunds will be issued to the orginal form of payment only. Store credit may also be requested.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. kgvshop is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

SHIPMENT SCHEDULE

The parcel will be sent out from our Warehouse, China in the first 48 hours once the orders are made. At the same time, an informed e-mail will be there in your e-mail box once the parcel is out. The tracking number inside is to trace the timely status of parcel.

Usually, it may take 30 to 40 natural days for the parcel to arrive in most countries or your place.
